What we collect

• Your account. When you sign in with Google we receive your email address and name. That is the whole of what Google tells us — we ask for no other Google data about you.
• What you put in. Products, budgets, campaigns, the people in your network, and the notes you write about them.
• Advertising figures. Daily cost, clicks, impressions and conversions for the ad accounts you connect, read either from a report you paste or, where you have authorised it, directly from the advertising platform’s API.
• A record of what was changed. Every action taken through Adtro’s tool interface is recorded — which action, what changed, when, and whether it was refused. Free text you write is deliberately not copied into that record.

What we do not collect

• No analytics or advertising trackers on this application.
• No reading of your Google account beyond your name and email address.
• No collection of data about the people your advertising reaches.

How it is used

Only to show you your own figures and to act on your instructions. Your data is not sold, rented, or shared with any third party, and it is not used to train anything.

Advertising-platform credentials you authorise are used solely to read your own accounts’ performance and, at your instruction, to pause or re-enable your own campaigns. Adtro cannot raise an advertising budget — the software has no such capability.

Where it lives

Data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Supabase in the United States, with access controlled per account at the database level. The application is hosted by Vercel. Credentials are held as encrypted environment secrets and never appear in the interface.

How long we keep it

For as long as the account exists. Ask us to delete your data and we will delete it, including the record of actions taken.

Your choices

You can revoke Adtro’s access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. You can revoke a connected assistant’s access from Adtro’s own settings screen. You can ask for a copy of your data, or its deletion, by email.
